SUMMARY:Special Resolution Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We are calling a special resolution meeting for a new executive position of Treasurer. Our current Treasurer has moved away\, and is unable to physically be here to perform to the best of their abilities. \n\n\n\nAs per our by-laws\, this notice is to call a Special Meeting of the Bonnyville & District Chamber of Commerce for Wednesday\, July 17th\, 2019\, at Noon here at the Shaw House\, at which point we will elect a new Treasurer. \n\n\n\nIf more than one Director submits a nomination form\, an election will take place. If only one Director submits a nomination form\, then the Director will be elected by acclamation during the Special Meeting.\n\n\n\nQuorum for this Special Meeting is 15 members of our Chamber in good standing\, and can include Directors of the Board. This date will also be our July regular board meeting. We would love to invite you to join us during this meeting to help vote and meet our quorum.\n\n\n\nWe will be providing a light lunch\, and your RSVP is required by July 12th. RSVP on our website\n\n\n\nIf anyone has any questions\, please let me know.
