Addiction in the Workplace

This engaging session will equip attendees to do just that – to recognize signs of addiction in the workplace and to respond appropriately to support recovery for the employee and ensure the well-being of the entire company. 

 

Attendees will learn what their responsibilities are in addressing addiction at work, how to conduct effective interventions in a way that upholds Human Rights and the Duty-to-Accommodate, and the steps to handling difficult situations which may arise when confronting policy violations. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped to confidently address addiction concerns at work.
