March EARN Event with Faith Wood
As companies prepare for the long haul—what we refer to as the “next normal”—the path forward is anything but clear. The situation continues to change by the week and can vary dramatically by region. Among the most vexing challenges is determining which customer and staff behaviors and trends are here to stay and which ones will eventually recede.
In this training session, Faith Wood will focus on helping you develop “your best day” attitude. It all starts with mindset and preparing ourselves for change and conflict. Then, you will roll up your sleeves and tackle your own customer touchpoints. What’s working? What is no longer relevant?
In other words:
• What are you keeping?
• What are you ditching?
• What needs changing?
It’s time to strategize and prioritize.
